after wondering who the hell is phoenix rainbird and why the hell would our creepy boss,Doctor stephen, sell a book about British caterpillars, serena and I dicthed work and went to go look at crystals & gemstones and nice ethnic dresses. we definitely know what to splurge on at the end of the month when we receive our paychecks! the gemstone rings and pendants we saw are incredibly gorgeous, if i could, i would buy all of them in a single heartbeat. too bad i cant afford them all. but~! we did, out of total impulsiveness, bought matching gemstone rings! they were only rm15, so we had to. just to satisfy our needs.
i absolutely adore the earthy colors on mine. and it kinda matches the gemstone necklace i bought a few days back ;

having pieces of earth elements on me kinda makes me feel somewhat pure, in a spiritual sense. also influencing and stimulating my chakra wheels (this sums it all off), bringing vitality to my inner chi.

after we were done gawking at gemstone jewelry, we went back to work and suddenly realize that it was raining heavily outside. so being the crazy impulsive people that we are, we decided to go dancing, under the pouring rain, on the pavement that's between two roads, two very busy roads for that matter. we danced, we jumped, we skipped,we got soaking wet and enjoyed every single second of it. cars were honking, people were starring but we just couldnt give a shit. we went back into the mall after a few minutes, went back up and then decided to do it again, this time barefooted and at the boardwalk that's on the other side which is facing the ocean, a pretty damn beautiful view!
so we ran back down, took our shoes off and walked joyously under the rain.we even stuck our tongue out and tasted the rain like we've never experienced rain before. we danced and jumped around barefooted, there were several cars stuck in traffic,honking and basically just being really entertained by us being so completely carefree.
it was a pure feeling of total and utter liberation. it was unsaturated ecstacy.
not even a single care in the world. and just for a few minutes, everything was beautiful and nothing was wrong.
we went back into the mall, soaking wet, barefooted and blissful. walked up to the second floor leaving drips of water behind and went back to work.the funnest day at work, ever.
i think everyone should dance under the rain atleast once a week. its seriously the greatest feeling ever.
